For best possible results, artwork uploaded for printing should be a minimum of 300dpi.

Simply upload your high resolution logo/artwork when placing your order and leave the rest to us! Want to send it to us later? No problem, this is useful if you need to send us the file using a file transfer site such as GoogleDrive, OneDrive, We Transfer, etc

Please do NOT upload screenshots - send the artwork required not a screenshot of it!

Seen it cheaper elsewhere?

This is highly unlikely! Are they using premium media? Are they produced using genuine quality inks? Will they fade quickly? Do they even tell you what it's made of or how it's produced?

To compare our label prices, you have a challenge to find another UK supplier that offers the same premium product as us - like for like.

We don't hide what materials we use, we are actually super proud of our quality products.

We are a major supplier of photo prints to photographers and artists across the UK, who all demand the best quality, efficient turnaround, at the best possible price. They can't find the same quality anywhere else!

The most critical advice we can give, is to ensure the photo/artwork you provide is the largest size available. For best results send files that are a minimum 300dpi.

Don't worry, we ensure every file received is suitable for printing and advise on any issues before going ahead with printing. Any issues with the file will mean a delay in producing your order until either rectified or given the go ahead to proceed by the customer.

Orientation

The orientation of your labels will be based on the artwork received, unless otherwise and expressly agreed.

If you send portrait artwork, we will produce a portrait label.

If you wish to send portrait artwork and have it made landscape (or vice versa): you MUST state this at time of placing your order (in notes section at checkout) cropping WILL occur so artwork approval will be required in order to proceed with printing.

If selecting rectangle labels, please ensure you send us rectangle artwork! If you send square artwork for a rectangle label (or vice versa), artwork approval will be required before proceeding with your order.

Colour or Black & White

The colour of your labels will be based on the file received, unless otherwise and expressly agreed.

If you send a colour image but require black & white labels:  you MUST state this at time of placing your order (in notes section at checkout) artwork approval will be required in order to proceed with printing.

DO NOT send us screenshots - send the actual photo not a screenshot of it!

As everyone should be aware, a screenshot is not a photograph. It was not created using a camera or lens. It's simply a snippet from a narrow mobile device that captures a low resolution copy of the whole screen for reference - NOT for printing.

A digital photograph is made up of data, a screenshot does not contain any data from the photo - only a visual snippet of it.

Using images from social media sites

Any image taken or sent from ANY social media platform will be LOW RESOLUTION. This has a detrimental impact on print quality. All Websites/Apps compress and heavily reduce the quality of files deliberately to make them easy and quick to send and load. Good for Websites, bad for printing.

This includes: Websites, FaceBook, SnapChat, WhatsApp, SMS, Twitter, Instagram and so on.

Did we mention ... DO NOT SEND SCREENSHOTS!!!!! You need to send the actual digital photo not a screenshot of it!
